This is going to be my pantry. It was (way back in the old days) the "servant's stairs". We turned them to go up ot the third floor instead of first to second. I know, it was confusing for me too!
This was that "pregnant" wall. We tore it out and will redrywall it..........soon!
When we turned those stairs we had to cut out some of the ceiling on the second floor to reach to the third floor. Once again, the geneiouses at Scott Brothers!
This is the dumpster before it was taken off to never never land!! Good to be gone.
This is the kitchen completely gutted!! Got to do away with the light fixture at the very top of the picture... it is less than to be desired.............or whatever!!
This is the third floor we are finishing out. Tucker's room, play room, Clay's office, and my closet - i mean office!!! Lots of rooms for that amount of space. That is an inside/outside wall. THis house was made of brick and tile not wood and then brick.
(Picture above) This is the stairs we turned to go up to the third floor instead of up from the first to second... Imagine that!! Our contractor has been so good and creative!! Go Scott Brothers!

WOW! Looks like you've got quite a renovation going on there. :) I can not wait to see the finished product!

Can't wait to see the finished product.
Girl -- TESTIFY about old houses and plumbing!!! I have lived through it -- VERY smart to rip stuff out now! It's a lot easier than when you live in it and YES I am speaking from experience!
That is all so exciting!
Wow!! That's a LOT of work! Can't wait to see the finished product. What a gorgeous house!
