552 - update and moving, Carmi

Whelp - it is time!! We are moving things in gradually everyday! This picture is really for my mom to see the kind of valances I am looking for. If it would ever stop raining/snowing we could get everything in - in no time flat. So - we wait!! This is my bedroom colors.
Mom - I guess I am ready for that bedspread, etc. Can't wait for ya'll to get here and see everything!
I am not sure why some of these pictures have spots... Could it be all the drywall stuff still in the air? Ugh!!
I found that rug months and months ago and have just been "chomping at the bit" to get it laid down! I think it will work????
This is the laundry room with really cool, old, big doors that I feel in love with........ at hello!
Entry way light that I found for $18 at Lowes. Just had to have it! I think it works too???
This is the family blue room that I am loving more and more each day. I wish you could really see the blue in the throw and rug to know that I am matching, I think!
See that huge couch - It is soooo heavy. My little in size friend, Patricia, and I moved this couch all by ourselves while the guy put together the bunk bed you will see soon. Yes oh yes - the guys were amazed or more scared. It was Patricia's idea! She is a strong little thing!!
Bunk beds the guys put together - Todd and Clay really did well! I love the comforter that looks sooooooooooooo Pottery Barn and it is soooooooooooooo Wal-mart!!
This picture is already out of date - I now have the mirror hung! Love this room!

Kitchen just needs the electrical done up and it is good to go. Got appliances on Monday.

It is weird how that refrig. looks half steel and half black - it is all that steel stuff that shows fingerprints so badly that i really question my sanity...
I think this will be one of my favorite rooms too. We ended not having enough room to put a table in the kitchen so we will be eating in style every night! Just joking on the style part!
You are not losing it - it is blurry!
Kids had their first day today and it went very well. They miss all their friends in the City, but hopefully we will do everything to keep up and in touch often. God is good - everyone still was all smiles! Thanks for checking out the pictures... It really is a great way for me to keep up with the change in the house and to keep it for years to come.

hey Leigh...loved the house pics! I love decorating houses and yours is beautiful! I've been away awhile, but I did e-mail you awhile ago, which probably got lost in the spam box...anyways, the gist of it is that God has been speaking thru you to me daily!...but I fear that when your little Mommy Moments Devotional runs out I'll stop hearing from him. Can you recommend a favorite devotional book? Amber

Leigh,
You know I love the house pics! What you've done looks great. Was Maxx involved in your decorating? Oh...now I remember...no Maxx there! Girl, you would be proud of me. Since I have been on this "wants" fast since January, I have not darkened the doors of a TJ Maxx. It's been good, but tough! :)

Talk to you soon!
Lisa :)

Yep Fran - the kids love their new school. they are so much liek me in learning to adjust knowing that HE will take care of them. I don't mean that boastfully, but they have moved enough times they just know..

thanks for your prayers!!

To obey or not to obey? Oh, that is the question, is it not! Thank you for your honest heart. Sometimes it is so hard to obey him!

And singing, girl, the pictures from last weekend are amazing. It looks and sounds like God showed up in a huge way! Praise HIM!!!!! How awesome is he! HE, once again, spoke straight to my heart last night!

About to email you!
